Too many bloggers, but where are the blog readers?

With the increase popularity of blogs, there are around 75,000 of new blogs created every day. However, are these blogs being accessed by readers? How does the public knows that such blogs exist? Anyone knows of ways or technology that embrace the role of audience to tap on the full social potential of blogging?

How you can use knowledge for personal innovation
Consult TAs for advice to gain knowledge on previous projects and papers, so as not to repeat past mistakes and improve the quality of our work.

Capturing and structuring knowledge helps us to organise the knowledge in our minds and identify knowledge that can be recombined to create new knowledge. E.g. Organising your tacit knowledge through mindmaps.

Consulting Professors helps in brainstorming of new ideas and makes you aware of things that you didn’t know before.

First Ideas
Well... One has the capacity to be innovative and creative... but it is through knowledge sharing that one is able to expand, tweak or even improve his current train of thoughts on a given idea I might already possess

Say, for example, I want to make an umbrella... Smaller and more compact than others prototypes.
Only through much knowledge sharing with people who have day to day expertise in this area... such as knowledge in materials to make the product, bendable aluminium or metal, can I come up with the prototype in my head and along the way they might even suggest an even better solution that would truly enhance my ideas already rendered in my head.
The idea I have in my head now... is a material that is able to fit a pocket and it's disposable.

WOW! What an innovation!!
If only there are real people to share the knowledge with me now to create this. =)
